Brown & Brown acquired the assets of a Berwyn, Pa.-based employee benefits firm serving the greater Philadelphia and eastern Pennsylvania area.
Florida-based Brown & Brown acquired Greystone Benefits, including the book of business serviced by Daniel McCormick, principal of Greystone Benefits, according to a statement.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition includes a total book of business with about $1.2 million annual revenues, officials said.
McCormick and his staff will move into Brown & Brown’s offices in Plymouth Meeting, Pa., which are led by Rob Heller.
